In this interview, the founder and first director of CIDCA describes the context of the creation of this institution wen the military conflict with MISURASATA was starting. He also describes the contribution of CIOCA to the introduction of the concept of the multinational and multicultural state during the armed conflict and the necessity that this center continues to develop this concept of multiethnic society. He points to the role played by CIOCA in the formulation of the Law 28 (Law of Autonomy) and in the professional education of many of the present costing intellectuals. He also whams over the danger that the proposals of excluding nature constitute presently for the autonomy.
