Strengths and weaknesses of an indigenous agricultural association

Abstract

This is an article based on an interesting evaluation made, using the SWOT discussion technique, of an association of indigenous producers, with the participation of the Board of Directors and 14 associated farmers, with the objective of identifying the main strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the association, and to formulate some strategies to guide the administrative, management, production and marketing activities that contribute to the development of this indigenous association (UCADEHU) of Costa Rica
