Abstract

In October 2002, a group of collaborators of the “Casa de los Tres Mundo’s” Foundation made an encounter trip to remote indigenous communities on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. For two weeks, the team traveled to the “Pearl Lagoon” region, north of Bluefields, to gather information on various aspects of the lives of indigenous groups such as the Miskito and Garifuna, who inhabit this area.
