Abstract

This analysis is a pronounced discourse by the author in the V Regional Encounter of the Intercultural Bilingual multilingual Education on the Caribbean Coast of  Nicaragua, 2008, around what the contents of the intercultural Bilingual education program should be regarding its relation with gender equity, rainforest, community values, Conflict resolution and Leadership, education for adults, and those who suffer tots of  liberty, at risk children, new technologies, education in native languages, the role of science, physical education, and the  arts.
