Abstract

In this interview, the president of the National Commission of Territorial Demarcation (CONADET0 assesses the demarcation process in the communities and territories that have to implement demarcation according to Law 445.  She analyzes her twofold role as president of the Council of the Autonomous Regional of RAA5 and president of CONADETI; she stresses the difficulties and progresses of the demarcation and titling process; she lists the successes and problems faced by the process.  She also lists the communities and territories which happen to be undergoing diagnosis, conflict resolution and titling processes. She concludes with relevant aspects of Law 445 which, according to her, have to be improved.
