First Legalizations of Land Property Rights by CONADETI

Abstract

This text Is the speech given by the president of the National Commission for Demarcation and Land Rights (CONADETI) during the first distribution of property t1tles to communities from Bosawas. The president of the Commission is also the president of the regional council of the Northam Atlantic Autonomous Region. During the event, the president of the Commission looked back at the efforts and sacrifices made by the people of the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua to obtain re, cognition for their rights and the process of land demarcation and legalization of property rights. In addition, he gave the % of beneficiaries and the % of territory distributed during the process.
