Dry channel: whose strategy?

This work is a reflection on the dry canal promoted for Nicaragua. Presented here are the antecedents regarding the different canal projects that have existed in Nicaragua, the juridical and cultural implications, both national and within the framework of the autonomous region of the Atlantic Coast, the predicted economic and social effects, and the ecological intact on our geography and land and sea resources.
