Proposal of didactic strategies applied in the training of indigenous educators

Abstract

In this article, the author formulates didactic educational strategies focused on the training of indigenous educators in Nicaragua, based on the national training program and strategy that the Government carries out through the National Training Network. The objective of this strategy is to lower the level of school dropout, increase the learning rate and stimulate pride in the use of the mother tongue among students.
